As I build, I like to have as much material on hand as I possibly can. When that happens I’m assured to always have something to work on whether I have money at the time or not. Since I knew I wasn’t going to be doing much work at the Small House this trip; I was able to source other materials for future projects at the house. Having flooring right now means I can install it when the time comes, which means I won’t have to take the time to find and purchase it. Since I now have it I can install it when the time comes.
