I finished working just before dark. The trees are all taken care of, well, I should say the trees that were the scariest to cut. They are all taken care of, and everything else is good. I’ve loaded up the truck with some Oakwood for my brother to deliver to him tomorrow.
I decided it would be a great opportunity to get a nice cool/warm shower outside as I did on a few of my last trips here. I’m sitting here about to have dinner thinking, it was the most wonderful shower! I’ve always had a thing for showering outdoors in nature. This is the most perfect place to do it because there’s no one around.
One of the very first showers I had outdoors was on one of my trips to Ghana, West Africa, years and years ago, and that was the most beautiful thing.
It was soo hot during the day! I had ridden my bike all day and I was musty, dusty, tired, and sweaty, just as I was today, and it felt so great!
The water this evening could have been just a little bit warmer. I’ll have to take care of that next time. Nevertheless, it was the best shower once again as always. I have to make a note to myself to actually build a real permanent outside shower here at some point before I’m all done with everything because it’s simply the best!
