There are usually a few different thoughts as it relates to elegance and comfort on the wedding day. Some brides seem to believe and demonstrate the idea that the wedding day should be the most elegant day ever, but elegance and comfort are not always known to keep the same company. Sometimes it’s one or the other. There are those brides that can pull off both elegance and comfort because to them both are equally important. I had the opportunity to experience one such bride a few weeks ago as she and her husband renewed their vows. When they married 35 years ago, they had no reminders of the event except for their memories. Their 35th anniversary became their new wedding day, as they renewed their vows, complete with engagement photos a week prior and a small intimate wedding with family and close friends. This bride was truly elegant and comfortable as she wore her snoopy shoes from beginning to end!
