Empty Bottles

Empty Bottles

During my college years in Atlanta, I’d often take a drive to Atmore, Alabama to see relatives. From there I’d visit my father in Brewton, Alabama.  While visiting, I often walked around his yard as most times there would be something different since my last visit. These things often made good photographs. On this particular trip, I was walking around and saw this metal crate/basket with these empty bottles he had put out for trash. It’s true, you can tell a lot about a person by looking in their trash.  These empty bottles spoke volumes about my father.
